Sleep problems worsened years before a psychiatric diagnosis in working-age Swedes and partly eased after it
Karolinska Institutet and Stockholm University researchers matched eight years of sleep surveys from about 25,000 Swedes to health registers. Mental fatigue had the strongest link to a later diagnosis, yet fewer than 3 in 100 got one.

Ten hours of cognitive rehab lifted daily function in long COVID, where no treatment is proven
A JAMA Network Open trial gave 78 adults with cognitive impairment ten weekly sessions built around their own goals. The effect at three months was large by the standards of any behavioral trial, and it was still there at six months.

Exercise before bowel surgery barely moved fatigue scores in 518 patients
518 people having colorectal cancer surgery were randomized to extra moderate exercise around the operation. Fatigue scores came out slightly better. Quality of life, pain and mental recovery did not move at all.
